• Minors under the age of 18 can only board accompanied by parents or a guardian, or carrying a formal authorization

• In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit may be requested. Cancellation of reservations up to 24 hours before the flight time will receive a full refund. After this period there will be no refund

• At any time, for meteorological or security reasons, Rio Helicopters may cancel your flight. In this case, you will have the option to reserve a new date/time or receive a full refund of the amount paid
