2. DOORS-OFF FLIGHTS
2.1 Before boarding, all passengers must participate in a safety briefing covering normal and emergency procedures, including the handling and operation of safety equipment;
2.2 The Doors-Off Flight is not suitable for individuals with medical conditions and/or reduced mobility, pregnant women, or those with special needs. All passengers must demonstrate physical and mental fitness for the activity and follow safety instructions. It is their responsibility to inform us of any condition or restriction prior to flying;
2.3 Despite thorough organisation and standardised operational and safety procedures, doors-off flying carries risks of material damage and physical injury, including serious accidents. In case of an emergency landing, the passenger agrees to follow instructions given during briefing and by the Pilot during landing. In an emergency landing, the passenger must release their seat belt and attachment securing them to the seat;
2.4 Due to the strong wind noise captured by microphones during doors-off flights, only the Pilot in command will use headset and microphone to communicate with Air Traffic Control. Passenger headsets are provided only as noise blockers and there is no mic communication between passengers or between passengers and the pilot;
2.5 It is prohibited to board with any loose object that may detach easily from hands, feet, pockets, clothing or from the cabin compromising flight safety. Prohibited items include: dresses, skirts, flats, flip-flops, large or loose accessories, caps, hats, shawls, scarves, bags and fanny packs;

To prevent injury and ensure safety, it is strictly forbidden to extend any body part or object outside the aircraft during flight unless directed by the Pilot. If one or more passengers fail to follow safety instructions, the flight may be aborted, and the responsible party will bear any resulting costs to themselves and/or third parties;
2.7 Doors-off flights require greater altitude and are more sensitive to weather conditions than standard flights with doors. It is impossible to predict exact weather changes or cloud cover at the time of your flight. If cloud ceiling is low and there is no visibility of Christ the Redeemer, that landmark cannot be overflown and an alternative route will be taken. For safety reasons, your flight may be shorter, have its route adjusted, or be canceled without prior notice;
2.8 Any action contrary to the provided information may cause material damage and/or harm to passengers, the environment or third parties. In such cases, the responsible party will be fully liable for those actions;
2.9 It is the passenger’s responsibility to carefully review all safety instructions provided before the flight and to alert staff and/or the Pilot in command if they have any doubts about using safety equipment or if they feel unfit to fly or handle equipment in an emergency.
