• In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit may be requested. Cancellation of reservations up to 24 hours before the flight time will receive a full refund. After this period there will be no refund

• We do everything possible to follow the announced route, but due to safety, weather conditions or Air Traffic Control instructions, the flight route or duration may change
• At any time, for meteorological or security reasons, Rio Helicopters may cancel your flight. In this case, you will have the option to reserve a new date/time or receive a full refund of the amount paid
