Important Information:

- Take-off and Landing Location: Jacarepaguá Airport: Av Ayrton Senna, 2541 in Barra da Tijuca (inside the Airport at Rua D2, Hangar 14)
- Please arrive at the Hangar 30 minutes before flight time
- The tolerance for delays is of 10 minutes. After this, your flight may be rescheduled according to availability and without guarantee that it will occur on the same day
- Bring a document with photo
- Please inform in advance if there is a child (up to 2 years old) and / or passengers over 120 kilos
- In order to give you a better service, please inform in advance if you need special assistance
- In the case of cancellations of 1 or more passengers on shared flights and there are no substitutes, the flight may be cancelled, or there will be a higher charge per person
- The Pilot in command may request a seat change among passengers. For your safety it is necessary to listen to and accept the Pilot's instructions, before and during the flight
- The informed routes include the places flown over or seen during the flight. We do everything possible to follow the announced route and duration, but all flights are subject to Air Traffic Control instructions and weather conditions, meaning that for safety reasons, there could be changes on flight route or duration (shorter or longer)
- At any time, for meteorological or security reasons, we may have to cancel, reschedule, change a route or duration of a booked flight, without prior notice. Changes, cancellations or take-off delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, restrictions on the use of the runways or closure of the airport for a certain period of time, unscheduled maintenance, delays in fuelling, excess air traffic and problems with a passenger, pilot or crew. In this case, there will be the option to cancel or reschedule a new date/time;
- Transportation, food and beverage, decoration, flowers, photographic and filming services are outsourced services. Every effort will be made to perform the services and deliver the products, with Rio Helicopters being responsible only for intermediating the service, without control or responsibility for the final result.
